Blender's Notes:  Simple, subtle, refreshing, no icky "seaweed" taste... a good one for beginners of Green Tea exploration…forgiving and absolutely fantastic quality. More and more of this natural wiry twist style of green tea leaf is grown right here at our Light of Day Organic and Biodynamic tea farm in Traverse City each year. If outsourcing additional stock is necessary, our stock may be supplemented from an Organic and Demeter Biodynamic partner tea estate from the island nation of Sri Lanka or the Nilgiri mountain region of Southern India.
