Our farms are both Certified USDA Organic, & Demeter Certified Biodynamic®. We practice regenerative agricultural practices to support the health of the planet and of all beings. Light of Day Organics is a very busy working Tea farm with an incredible mission based on sustainability and reverence for all life. We have created visiting options that allow us to keep harvesting, producing our teas, and tending to the grounds while you visit, explore, relax & enjoy the peaceful gardens at the farm as our guests.

Our on-farm retail Tea shop is closed right now. We'll post updates about re-opening right here, so please check back.
Our website offers shopping 24/7 year round: Please place your order here online & we will ship out via USPS Priority Mail. Thank you for your support of this Organic & Biodynamic Tea farm, small business & wildlife sanctuary the past 22 years. We appreciate YOU!
2. Local's pick up: Local's pick up shipping option is currently on pause. Please place an online order and have it shipped out via USPS Priority Mail this time of year. Sorry for the inconvenience.
3. Seasonal Tea Classes & Tours: Held within our Yurt Classroom during the growing season May-September each year,these legendary workshops are expansive tea tastings, history, varieties and holistic health benefits of tea, and education on regenerative, sustainable farming practices that create living soil teeming with life & vitality. 4. Private Farm Tours or Private Consultations with the owner by appointment: For questions about scheduling private group or private individual tours, tastings, collaborations, please email angela@lightofdayorganics.com. After date is set, you will purchase online using the following link, and in the "notes" section during the check out process, please indicate your appointment's date & time. 5. Private Special Events: Graduation party? Wedding? Anniversary? Birthday party? Celebration of Life? Our venue is available to host your private special event. Please include the requested date, number of guests and nature of the event being celebrated.

About the Farm itself... these two very active working farms (over 55 acres) and two licensed commercial production kitchens are where all the magic happens! This is where hundreds of ingredients for tea are grown each year from the heirloom seeds we collect on site, where our crops are harvested by hand, dried, lovingly blended, and then packaged with great care. M-72 divides our farms. Both parcels of land are audited annually and soils/ fertility/ water quality monitored and tested. We live here, have raised our children here, and care deeply about this place. We are highly invested in maintaining this pristine land that we have the pleasure and honor to steward.
This has been the most meaningful work of our lives.
