Oolong tea, by definition, is a partially oxidized tea, and is among the most desired tea by life-long tea lovers. Compared to the White and Black pants in your wardrobe….we speak of Oolongs like we do your Khakis’s….with varying degrees of “tan” that each have their own wonderful attributes. Making consistent batches of Oolong tea requires very skilled technicians, each with their own unique twist on the process. Depending on the specific tea and your taste preferences, we generally suggest steeping your Oolong tea in hot water that is 160-195 degrees Fahrenheit. EnJOY!!
