Rooibos:Pronounced ROY-boss, which means Red Bush. It’s loaded with vitamins and minerals such as iron, calcium, potassium, copper, manganese, zinc, magnesium, and alpha hydroxy acid. With all these vitamins and minerals there are also benefits to consuming Rooibos!
Apple: Apples are extremely rich in important antioxidants, flavanoids, and dietary fiber. Apples have been linked to a lower risk of heart disease (reference)
Orange:High in Vitamin C. Has Vitamin A, which is known to be good for the eyes.
Clove:For centuries they have drank clove tea to soothe abdominal pain. It is said to stimulate blood flow, saliva production and gastric secretions to aid in digestion.
