Honu Chai (Black Tea, Caffeinated)

Ingredients:  Organic Black Tea, Organic Ginger, Organic Cinnamon, Organic Orange, Organic Cardamom, Organic Vanilla Bean Extract, Organic Clove, Organic Raw Cane Sugar, Organic Maple Syrup Bits

Blender's Notes: The best Chai ever. Really. Loaded with pure 3x organic Vanilla Bean Extract, high essential oil content from the spices, and finished with just a pinch of farm-made Maple Syrup Bits for a touch of natural sweetness. The "Honu" means turtle in the traditional Hawaiian language...and our Chai is meant to be steeped just like a turtle; slow and deliberate. In our on-farm tea shop, we simmer this product in a crock pot all weekend long to make a concentrate; smells heavenly. May be enjoyed "as is" or with a touch of your favorite cream-like product (traditional dairy or plant-based milk or cream). SO DELICIOUS! Makes for a nice afternoon pick 'r upper choice! This is such a yummy, spicy, vanilla-laden tea treat! Prefer Chai lattes? Just add a splash of French Vanilla Oat Milk Creamer. Like hot toddies? Honu Chai is a scrumptious base; just add your favorite Bourbon or Scotch to create your personalized "chai hot toddy". Naturally caffeinated.

Remember when ordering loose teas, that there are approximately 400-450 eight-ounce servings per pound (or that 1 oz. of loose leaf tea or tisane makes 25-30 eight ounce servings). Many of our teas can be re-steeped at least 1x time.

An abundant sweetener that we suggest humans use in place of honey so that the honeybees can use the honey they produce to support their families over the wintertime.
