Venue Rental: Yurt, Gazebo, Meditation Garden, Courtyard for Private Events

This is the most wonderful venue for lovers of nature who want something intimate, private, quiet, and extra special. It's the place you've been looking for to create lasting memories with your loved ones. See pictures below of gatherings held here and image you and your guests here having a fabulous time!

The $100 price shown is the deposit amount due to hold your date once confirmed.

2024 pricing for each 4 hours of private event Meditation Garden Rental (1 hour set up & 1 hour clean up time is included) is $500 and $100 per hour thereafter. Price includes use of large gazebo (with electricity and 4 wooden picnic tables), a welcoming & safe seated fire circle area, several outdoor tables and benches, and a beautiful new handicap- accessible restroom building near our front entrance.  You may bring in your own food/ catering but require that tea served be tea from this farm; Light of Day Organics.  Acres of parking. It's just PERFECT for family events, graduation parties, birthday parties, anniversary parties, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, small receptions,  family gatherings, day retreats (professional or recreational), mellow class reunions...sky's the limit. Please note that if you would like to have alcohol at your event, you will need to hire a serve-safe certified vendor to serve it, and will be required to release Light of Day Organics and its owners of any and all liability related to your event here at our farm. As a specialty agricultural producer here in Leelanau County, all of our events are quoted to include prepared teas to serve to visitors, and educational materials are provided for guests to learn about  what we do here. 

Yurt Classroom rental is  $100 for first hour then $50 per hour thereafter. This incredible, intimate "in the round" space is perfect for tea parties, birthday parties, intimate ceremonies, classes, counseling sessions, conflict resolution, staff development, chair yoga, girl's night, marriage proposals, etc.

Our Courtyard area (for outdoor activities like Tai Chi, Yoga Classes or a larger event requiring a tent) is a potential add on to any of the rentals and price is determined based on activity.
