Remember when ordering loose leaf teas, there are approximately 400-450 eight-ounce servings per pound (1 oz. of loose-leaf tea or tisane makes 25-30 eight-ounce servings). Many of our teas can be re-steeped at least 1x time.

Chamomile -  Contains apigenin, an antioxidant that binds to certain receptors in your brain that may promote sleepiness and reduce insomnia, or the chronic inability to sleep.
