Ingredients: Organic Spearmint, Organic Raspberry leaf, Organic Lemongrass, Organic Lemon Verbena, Organic Nettle leaf, Organic Parsley, Organic Chasteberry, Organic Blessed Thistle, Organic Dandelion, Organic Anise, Organic Caraway

Blender's Notes: Mildly minty and was created by the founder, in collaboration with her Nurse Midwife and Obstetrician to help support the milk-making (lactation) process after childbirth and for months afterwards.  She says "this tea was my daily go-to hydration choice, supported relaxation and the necessary  "let-down" process known well by mothers and lactation consultants. Naturally caffeine-free.
