Individualized (1 on 1) 90 minute Private Holistic Health & Wellness Consultation and Tea Tasting. This private consultation is for individuals interested in expanding their tea knowledge or to discuss alternative health and wellness topics.

Game changing

I have now had 3 separate consultations with Angela over the past 20 years, to gain fresh ideas about amping up my nutritional game. She is a colleague and friend and I have known her since nursing school.
I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease and so before my first consultation, my health wasn't very good. And I was afraid upon receiving what I thought was going to be such a grim medical diagnosis. I wasn't digesting food well, or absorbing nutrients. Had lost a lot of weight. I was eating a lot, but was malnourished. Together, every few years, we go through my daily routine, and talk through various holistic lifestyle changes that I could implement. She basically gives me lots of ideas- things I can "try on for size" to see if they are the right thing for me, given whatever challenge I might be going through. It's very personal to write about. The sharing that happens during these health coaching sessions is very special to me, so I wanted to share here how beneficial it has been in the form of a review. Angela and this company has been a very rich resource for me, and I thank God that she felt inspired, and then took the necessary action to start this company to share her gifts and talents with the world. My 3 experiences have all been A +. Thank you Angela.
