Matcha is a true treasure, & for hundreds of years was reserved for monastery use only, as a meditative aid. It is the world's most labor-intensive agricultural product, and therefore, is not available in endless supply. Due to the increasing popularity of the organic ceremonial grade that we offer (shown above on left), for the first time in our 8 year history of offering this product, we have been selling out. Please check your supply often and anticipate your ordering needs so that you don't find yourself without your daily dose of Matcha. Our monthly order arrives by boat at the end of each month from Japan.
