Blender's notes: GROWN HERE! This is Michigan-grown, certified Organic, certified Demeter Biodynamic Light of Day Organic White Tea! It resembles a classic Bai-Mudan-style leaf by appearance. Naturally lightly caffeinated, this delicate white tea leaf should be steeped for about 3 minuted in freshly boiled- then cooled- water at 130 degrees. Straw-colored liquor. Fresh and lightly floral. These are Biodynamic tea leaves grown right here at our Light of Day Organic Leelanau County Farm! So light, so fresh, so full of that good energy that food grown with love has!
