After a wondrous, at times brutal, winter up here in Northern Michigan, spring has finally sprung in glorious fashion. The snow is mostly gone, and though damp snowflakes still occasionally tumble down, blue skies have definitely returned, and the promise of growth and new blossoms is apparent on softening winds and longer days. Earth Day is here and Mother's Day fast approaches.
In the spirit of renewal that all these things so gloriously represent, we offer Levitating Lemon, a delicious green tea infused with the fruits and herbs promised by this cyclical thawing. Nourishing and wonderful, it is its own celebration, served in a cup and ready to bring joy.

There are those who love to get dirty and fix things. They drink coffee at dawn, beer after work. And those who stay clean, just appreciate things. At breakfast they have milk and juice at night. There are those who do both, they drink tea.
