Full Moon Classes

Join us as we salute the full moon. In this all levels flow class we will honor the moon through a devotional practice of recognizing all that we have, and releasing that which no longer serves us. We will focus on turning inward bringing attention to the connection between breath and movement. Come connect with us at Light of Day.

Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.

The Light of Day Chakra Experience with Jamie Bell

Join us at the Light of Day Farm for an event that explores the chakra system!

Workshop will include a comprehensive explanation of the chakras, guided relaxation, mindful yoga, and tasting of The Light of Day Chakra Tea Collection.

This experience is intended to help bring forth balance inside and out, creating a sense of grounding and renewed strength. Through the practice of creating energetic balance we move toward a deeper productivity, self assuredness, and wellness. Join us as we move toward our greatest potential.

This workshop is suitable for all experience levels.

Detox, Renew, and Restore

This workshop focus on 3 vital practices.
Detox, stepping into a practice that is deeply effective stimulating your system inside and out.

Renewal, a practice that invigorates and inspires, by tapping into strength.
Restore, a practice for recharging and allowing complete rest through restorative yoga and guided relaxation

Each portion of the practice will be paired with a tasting of Light of Day Tea, to maximize the benefits of your practice.

This is an opportunity to move with focus, optimism, and ground, while connecting with yoga community.

The Connection Workshop:Yoga, Meditation, and Matcha

Get focused, get connected, and get centered as we move through one of the most exciting times of year. Quietly, we will set intention and invite wellness and balance.. Together we will enjoy Matcha, Meditation, and a grounding YinYoga practice. Through this practice we will build more clarity and direction to help us better serve ourselves, and in turn, our loved ones.

Matcha is a sacred tea that traditionally has been used by Buddhist monks for attaining clarity and higher states of being. Matcha also has incredible benefits for detoxification and purification. A perfect way to reset the system.

Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels and is a mindful practice that holds poses for 3-5 minutes, deeply restoring connective tissue and creating flexibility.
